Loading ...I just loved the idea behind Project Bike Lane ! We needed something like this so bad to lift the non-stylish karma we felt when rinding our bikes. Apparently there are tons of ideas and solutions for this and LVMH and DKNY are going to support these lines 100%.
Unisex clothing lines could be difficult to pull off because of the lenghts of the jackets but the winner of this contest figured out something really cool to modify this. She added some bungee cords to the design and this proved to be just the ingredient for a fresh stylish bike collection.
I think that it’s really though to get on a bike and still look good. If you have to ride a long distance it can be a great challenge to keep your clothes in good clean shape until you reach the office.
This kinds of initiatives are welcome and inspiring for all Eco-Chic Bikers :)
Getting into shape is essential after the holidays because we tend to go overboard with all the goodies. I personally don’t do a lot of sport but sometimes I know how important it is to make you feel better about yourself and others. As Elle Woods says in “Legally Blonde” : happy people don’t just kill people :)).
We always see celebrities like Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Garner or Cameron Diaz jogging or working out and that makes us feel frustrated and think “How do they have time for this?”. Well we should make time too, because our life depends on it.
I like Ashley Tisdale’sexercise outfit because it brings out the fun in sports and it also looks cool and comfortable. Try focusing on cotton or other special materials because they really make the difference.

Wear the colorful sneakers from Kidrobot and the plaid hoodie from Pacsun combined with neutral shades of gray on your jeans, bag (MyTheresa) or scarf from La Garconne. Add some shine with a couple of pattern bangles from Nordstrom. That’s it, you’re good to go!

I love the mix-and-match from these outfits! The girls are practically wearing a single outfit. Starting with the brown and red tones from their jackets and getting to the leather-pants and suede boots, they seem to wear everything this season is about.
Even if the sun is deeply shining sometimes our outfit has nothing to do with the temperature outside. For example, there are a lot of summer boots, peep toe booties and scarves that can be worn very nicely during summer.
Summer boots should be light and cool and usually made from suede or soft leather. You should be a little careful and check if the inside it’s leather or any other breathable fabric. Even if you still have your Ugg’s or you go for something sexier, boots or booties can be a good alternative.
Match your boots with a pair of shorts and some tanned legs like Ashley Tisdale here. Wearing a pair of summer boots if quite a bold choice so, if you don’t feel good about yourself then go for some ballet flats or flip-flops.
